STEP 1
We get to know you
This first step consists of submitting your profile via our pre-registration form. This will allow us to discover the main axes of your personality as well as the main lines of the type of people you are looking for.
The registration form takes approximately 7 minutes to complete. This step will allow us to know if we have enough profiles that can match your search and if, conversely, we have enough people with whom you can potentially match.
STEP 2
We offer you an appointment

After analysis of your pre-registration form by our team, we are then able to respond to your registration request. Two scenarios are then possible:
1- If we do not have enough people in our profile bank who match your criteria, then you will receive an answer from us by email. Attention, a refusal today does not mean that it will never be possible to register! We will offer, if you wish, to keep your information and contact you later when we are able to meet your expectations.
2- If we believe that, based on your answers to the pre-registration form, it would be potentially possible for you to register, then you will receive a link by email to book a 10-minute online appointment with us. This meeting will allow us to clarify certain questions with you, to finalize the study of your profile and to give you an answer on the feasibility of a registration in our agency.
STEP 3
We invite you to register
If, after this first online meeting with you, we are able to offer you to register, you will then receive by email a link to make a second appointment with an expert from our team to finalize your registration. This 2nd 90-minute appointment is step 3.
It is at this stage that we will offer you a one-year contract where we will undertake to offer you, within the year, a minimum of five (5) profiles corresponding to your criteria.
It is also during this meeting that we will deepen our knowledge of who you are, of your ideal partner and that we will be able to identify the relational and spiritual dynamics that will work best for you. We'll get to the heart of what matters most to you in your search for the perfect match.
Our questions are carefully constructed to guide your entire journey with us and allow us to represent you. authentically at every step. ​
To finalize your registration, we will need three(3) official documents (proof of identity, proof of address and pay slip) allowing us to verify the information you have given us. This profile verification reassures all the people registered in the agency. Of course, these documents remain completely confidential.
STEP 4
Bismillah: We organise
your first meeting!
Once your registration is complete, we organize your first appointment with a person who corresponds to you. If a face-to-face meeting is not physically possible, the meeting can take place online on Zoom. Meetings take place in accordance with religious rules.
During meetings, someone from our team introduces you to the other person (whether on Zoom or face-to-face). You then chat with the other person for 40 minutes. The presence of a guardian (wali) is for the woman is permitted. Couples never remain alone together. Each person then leaves the premises.
During meetings, no exchange of contact details between people is allowed. In addition, the information about you that the person you meet has is very basic: we do not communicate any surnames or any information allowing you to be completely identified.
Thus, if you do not wish to follow up on this meeting, the Agency will communicate with the other person for this purpose and you will not have to live in a situation that could prove to be uncomfortable. ​The information that each will have on the other before this meeting is as follows: your first name, your profession, the city where you live, your marital status, your origin and some traits of your personality.
STEP 5
After your meeting...
Once the meeting is over, each person is invited to fill out a form to indicate whether they wish to follow up or not.
If the two people agree to follow up, we will put you in contact so that you can continue the discussions outside the agency.
